Frequently asked questions

About the banner checker

Which banner formats can I check?

The tool includes uploaded Google Display formats, Google responsive assets, common Meta placements, IAB display units and publisher formats.

What happens when I repair a banner?

The image is resized to the nearest accepted dimensions and exported as a static JPEG. If necessary, quality is reduced until it meets the active file-weight limit.

Are animated GIFs preserved?

GIF dimensions and weight can be checked, but repair exports the first rendered frame as a static JPEG. Keep the original when animation is required.

Should I confirm requirements with the publisher?

Yes. Publisher rules can differ. Select the closest profile here, then confirm campaign-specific requirements with the destination platform or publisher.
